Youthfulness is a blessing, and the strength of any nation is in its youths. So, with the massive number of youths in Africa, one would expect the African continent to be the champion of the world, but this is not so.

The average African youths are confronted with the daunting challenges of making a significant impact in their nation and the world at large, without possessing the right knowledge, tools, or conducive environment to achieve this. They have the desire to contribute meaningfully to their world, but many do not possess the skills or resources to make this happen.

That is why the importance of empowering and equipping the African youths with the skills and knowledge to become exceptional youths in the 21st century can’t be overemphasized. And this is what gave birth to the TEBEBA Youth Empowerment Conference (TYEC) 2022.

SHINDARA OLATUNJI

Shindara Olatunji is a seasoned editor, writer, artist, and relationship counsellor.

Through her editing skills, she helps breathe life into your manuscript, fitting it into the global space, and helping you become a best seller.

She has a diploma in Marriage Counselling, certified by Family Life Booster—a Bisi-and-Yomi Adewale’s organization.

She is the author of My Marriage My Heaven, a relationship book that brings light to different aspects of a romantic relationship.

Blessed with wonderful children; Shindara Olatunji SOL is happily married to the love of her life, Emmanuel Olatunji Ega—a successful writer and publisher.

OLUMIDE GLOWVILLE LAWRENCE

Olumide GlowVille Lawrence is a consummate Marketing & Communications Professional with over 8 years of experience driving digital strategy, growth, and communications for brands. He is the Marketing Manager at Healthtracka, a fast-growing health tech startup in Lagos.

He holds a B.Sc. in Dramatic Arts from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, and various international certifications in Marketing, Branding, and Project Management.

Since 2014, Olumide has worked with notable personal brands and businesses across the IT, Real Estate, Media, PR, and Entertainment industries. This led him to start Glowville Communications, a media agency that creates and executes ideas that help small businesses find and engage customers online.

Olumide runs The Glowville Club – his personal tribe for training and mentoring emerging Social Media Marketers and Content Developers.

Emmanuel Akpe, popularly known as the prince of copywriting and chief value officer, is a copywriter, business magnate, sales and marketing consultant, trainer, author, and speaker.

He knows his ‘onions’ when it comes to the art and science of drafting money magnetic words.

His digital training has set more than 20,000 lives directly and hundreds of thousands indirectly financially free.

COMFORT MORDI

Comfort Mordi (a.k.a the Flaming Lamp) is an author, public speaker, trainer, writer, book consultant, strategist, clarity and purpose coach, and creative.

She’s passionate about personal development, growth, wholesome living for teenagers, goal setting and visioning, gender equality, civic duties, volunteerism, and philanthropic works. She loves to raise funds for people who are in dire situations and need financial help. Comfort Mordi works as the project assistant, team leader, and Assistant District Coordinator of the Vibrant Girls Development Initiative, a Non-governmental Organization centered on the growth, equality, development, and education of girls. Eric Nyikwagh is a committed player in the social entrepreneurship, personal & career development space. He’s invested in building the capacity of young professionals to harness local and global opportunities.

Eric is also a seasoned expert with over 9 years of cognate experience cutting across youth engagement, development, and agricultural sectors.

He is an author, thought leader, and LinkedIn Influencer with over 47,000 followers. He has worked with a number of national and international organizations and implemented a variety of high-impact projects.

Eric recently served as the Country Representative of Young Professionals for Agricultural Development (YPARD) Nigeria and is currently serving on Her Advisory board.

RICHARD NYIKWAGH

Richard has interests in banking, poetry, fictional/non-fictional writing, editing, project management, farming, and personal development. He has degrees in Economics and Business Administration.

Mr. Nyikwagh published an EBook titled “Masked Secrets to Writing” in 2021 under Cedar Publishing in Kampala, Uganda, and released his first novel in print, published by Tebeba Publisher, Lagos, titled “The Holes Under My Nose” in 2022.

Richard began his professional career at Ashi Waves FM 99.9 Katsina-Ala as a Newsroom Intern. He served as Editor of his Economics Department Magazine and worked as a Volunteer with Education as a Vaccine, EVA. He briefly lectured at Akperan Orshi Polytechnic, Yandev teaching Entrepreneurship after obtaining a certificate in Entrepreneurship from CBN/EDC center.

Richard served as Editor of The Virtue Newsletter while on national service at Laro Middle School Osogbo, Osun State while also obtaining a certificate in Project Management. In 2016, Richard began his banking career and spent six years with United Bank for Africa PLC before he joined First Bank of Nigeria Ltd.

He has devoted his time to his banking job, content creation, writing, researching, coaching, and mentorship.

CATHERINE ASSAM

Catherine Assam is an award-winning illustrious writer, author, and speaker on Personal Development. A start-up founder of the top content writing agency in Nigeria, CIA Writers (CW).
